After I retired from the Navy in Hawaii, the wife and I spent a little while looking for a new place to live. In order to make sure we gave every place a "fare shake" we decided to make a 49 state tour on the motorcycle. You can follow our adventure at:http://imagesdesavions.com/biketrip
Not quite ridden at an Iron Butt pace (less than 10 days) but we were out to enjoy the ride. We spent time with friends and family along the way.
We did cap the ride with a documented Bun Burner 1500 from Hyder, Alaska to Butte, Montana as the last leg of our journey.
Would we do it again? In a New York minute...
