Biaggi looks to repeat in Qatar
Feb 19, 2008

Sterilgarda Go Eleven is gearing up to take to the track for the first round of the new season. The team landed yesterday in Qatar where its two riders, Max Biaggi and Ruben Xaus, lapped just two weeks ago during the last session of the winter testing. Fourteen days ago Sterilgarda Go Eleven left Doha with many information about the track, good set-up and satisfying times. That could be really helpful to get good result since the opening qualyfing session. Ruben Xaus and Max Biaggi, in a new black punchy suit, aims for good position to start from, in order to be among the top riders in both races of the season first round.

Max Biaggi:
I start the season with the same target ever: the victory. I've never saved my strength and I'm going to work hard in order to give big satisfactions to my supporters. The season is bound to be a great battle but I trust to have the right conditions to go fast since the first round

Ruben Xaus:
We did and excellent job here in Qatar two weeks ago therefore I'm pretty confident about our performance at the first round. I aim at improving the last year result thanks to my excellent feeling with the motorbike.

Marco Borciani - Team Manager:
There are big expectations about the team. We worked and tested a lot in order to give to our riders the best conditions to start the season. We have got what it takes to achieve excellent results and we are ready to make our debut. At the same time we don't want to set any particular target: the first two race will be useful to understand our true potential.
