Distance: 33.5 mi.
Go early to avoid cages and squids. Learn the system. Thumbs up means no cops, not "your cool". Tap your visor or thumbs down for cops warning. Slow down in the two 45mph zones. Learn the road completely before attempting to go very fast. Pass cars, slow pokes and cruisers quickly and safely and get on with your ride to enjoy your self. Head into Elsinore for some breakfast at Honey's. Stop at the look out and/or Hell's kitchen. Practice a few sections or "the back side" a few times. It's not as dangerous as everyone says it is as long as your not a total dumb ass. Good luck! Don't become a statistic!

Gobs of traffic, low speed limits, cages never use turnouts causing long lines of traffic, and lots of Po-Po giving out tix.
Avoid if possible...
