If you want to take a nice 400 mile ride from St. Louis toward the Twin Cities, this is a great route. It is 4 lane limited access except for a 10 mile streach in Northern MO. There is some truck traffic but not much and very little highway congestion. There are many opportunities to stop and explore a long the route. It takes about 7 hours to ride from St. Louis to Mason City. Ride safe
