North Atlanta Lake Run

I noticed a lot of rides in GA that were way up in the mountains. I wanted to get a ride in that shows off some of the great lakes and downtown areas north of Atlanta without having to get out of civilization to start the loop. This ride should take under 4 hours. You will visit Lake Alatoona, Lake Lanier, Buford Dam, Red Top Mountain, Downtown Alpharetta, Downtown Woodstock, Downtown Cartersville, Canton, and Downtown Cumming. It's an easy ride that can be started quickly from I-75, I-575, I-85, i-985, and GA-400. You will also get to experience some of the area's more underrated roads, such as curvy Arnold Mill Rd. and scenic Hwy 20 between Cartersville and Canton.
