I would not normally recommend Interstate as a great ride but this is an exception. I-15 goes through the Virgin River Gorge of North West Arizona and may be the best portion of Motorcycling Interstate in the country. http://lvtz.blogspot.com/2006/01/virgin-river-gorge.html
I can't help but scrape the pegs and open it up on this streatch of road.
