Ride from Ann Arbor, Michigan to the Artesian Wells - a great biker bar located at the intersection of US-12 and US-127. The loop is about 80 miles of terrific asphalt and scenic farm country. Interstingly, you'll also pass by Michigan International Speedway and the Daimler Chryseler Proving Area. There are also good watering holes in Manchester (The Manchester Tap Room) and Bridgewater (Bridgewater Bank Tavern).
