Zion is one of the most beautiful places on God's green earth. You could spend weeks hiking this area and only see a small part of it. The ride in starts at the junction of Hwy 9 and US 89 and ride west toward Zion National Park. I always get a good breakfast at the Thunderbird Restaurant in the Best Western in Mt. Carmel Junction. This is only a 28 mile, but there are numerous photo oportunities along the way. Riding through the tunnel is neat and I always stop at the Pine Creek Bridge to admire the view. If time permits, take the bus from the visitors center up and hike up to The Narrows. Don't go without a camera! Be sure to take your time and enjoy the ride.
